We offer digital dot art courses, pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable files, memberships, and related resources.

Personal Use Only

All course materials: videos, PDFs, guides, templates, images, downloads, are for your personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share or distribute course materials

  • Upload them anywhere

  • Resell or claim them as your own

  • Share your login with others

We reserve the right to remove access if these rules are violated.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Missed payments may result in paused access until resolved.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund on digital courses if the course has not been significantly viewed or downloaded.

Refunds are not given for:

  • Courses already viewed or downloaded

  • Digital files already accessed

  • Memberships/subscriptions already used

  • “Change of mind” after full access

  • Accidental purchases after login

To request a refund, email hello@dotsbylina.com within 7 days.

Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” means you can access your purchased course for as long as it exists and is available on our platform.

If a course is ever retired, updated, or moved, reasonable effort will be made to notify you.

Subscriptions & Memberships

If you join a membership or subscription:

  • It renews automatically

  • You may cancel anytime before the renewal date

  • Canceling stops future billing, but does not refund past payments

  • Access ends when the current paid period ends

Email Communications

By making a purchase or opting into a freebie, you agree to receive:

  • Account emails

  • Course updates

  • Newsletters

  • Sales announcements

  • Automated ManyChat messages

  • Helpful content

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime.
